The Tee up For Kids Foundation is run entirely by volunteers, with our board bringing together a range of Corporate, Golf, not-for-profit and broad global business acumen.

Mark Northeast
Mark has been the Chairman of Tee Up For Kids since 2017 and has a long and proud history in not-for-profits supporting the needs of children. years of expertise in advising clients on all areas of tax consolidation, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) mean that he is able to offer the best advice possible to clients seeking to minimise their exposure.

Mike Clayton
World renowned Golf Course architect, writer and former European Tour Player Mike has been a Director of TUFK since 2016. Respected by all and with an unmatched network in the golfing world, Mike is an enormous asset to Tee Up and his passion in helping his community shine through.

Jorden Braddy

Jorden joined the TUFK board in 2020 and is currently the Financial Controller and head of professional services for Rolex Australia. Jorden's values align strongly with the Foundation’s objectives of supporting children living in out-of-home care and he is a proud advocate of TUFK in the community.

Michelle Hui
Michelle has been working in the Golf events space for more than 10 years across both Golf Victoria and more recently Golf Australia. As part of this, Michelle has managed the Vic Open and now manages the Australian Open.

As part of this, Michelle has travelled the world with golf including living and working in the US, playing college golf.
Michelle looks forward to the opportunity to give back through a sport which has formed such a significant part of her life to date.

Mark Soffer
Mark brings a strong blend of global corporate experience, amateur sport administration and a passion for golf to the board of TUFK. He has been a director since 2018 and has played a key role in modernising the foundation and ensuring we connect with a new generation of golfers.

Colin Wilson
Colin is the Managing Director of Key Business Advisors - a company he has built from scratch and is a market leader in training, motivating and advising organisations big and small. Colin brings a wealth of professional experience and a passion for education to the board. Colin’s motto for himself and his business is, “Practice what you preach.”

Lukas Michel
In addition to his role as a TUFK ambassador, Lukas brings a raft of academic, golf and technical capability to the board. Since joining in 2019 Lukas has taken it upon himself to identify new opportunities for the foundation to support our charitable endeavours, including our first ever merchandise range and redeveloping this website.

Susan Harry
Susan Harry is an Executive Coach and Psychotherapist. She works with individuals, not for profits and corporates in the areas of leadership effectiveness, high performing teams, wellbeing and personal change and transformation. Susan joined the TUFK board in 2019 and is passionate about education and the critical role it plays in creating opportunity and equity for children throughout their lives and across generations.
